Brandify provides AI-powered image and content generation software that allows users to create, share, and embed graphic templates that comply with brand design guidelines. Our services include:
- Custom template creation
- Multi-design generation from single form inputs
- Responsive environment customization
- Email automation for task actions and form submissions
- File generation in multiple formats (Images, PDF files)
4. User Accounts and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
5. Subscription and Payment Terms
5.1 Subscription Plans
- Free Trial: 7-day free trial available for new users
- Annual Subscription: BD10/Year
5.2 Package Tiers
- Bronze: BD5 (50 Render Credits + 10 Free, up to 5 templates + 1 free template)
- Silver: BD20(225 Render Credits + 20 Free, up to 10 templates + 2 free template)
- Gold: BD40 (500 Render Credits + 40 Free, up to 20 templates + 3 free template)
- ERP: Custom pricing (Custom delivery, Dedicated support, High amount
- of credit, Unlimited Users, Custom integration, Branding, Unlimited templates)
5.3 Template Pricing
- Basic Image Template: BD20 (Static Elements)
- Advanced Image Template: BD50 (Dynamic Elements)
- Basic PDF Template: BD20 Per Page (Static Elements)
- Advanced PDF Template: BD50 Per Page (Dynamic Elements)
5.4 Payment Methods
- We accept major credit cards and local payment methods.
- All payments must be made in advance of service provision.
- All prices are listed in Bahraini Dinar (BD).
5.5 Render Credits
- Render Credits are consumed when generating images or files.
- Credit consumption varies based on complexity and output format.
6. License Terms for Generated Content
6.1 Ownership of Generated Content
- You retain ownership of the content you create using our service.
- Brandify retains ownership of the technology, algorithms, and template systems.
6.2 Usage Rights
- Content generated under paid plans may be used for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
- Content generated under free trials or free templates may be used for personal use only.
- Brandify reserves the right to use generated content for promotional purposes unless explicitly opted out.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Brandify to:
- Generate content that infringes upon intellectual property rights of others
- Create defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content
- Distribute malicious software or harmful content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Generate content that promotes illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the software
- Exceed reasonable usage limits that may impact system performance
8. Refund Policy
- Subscription Fees:
- Refundable within 7 days of purchase if service is unusable due to technical issues not caused by the user.
- Marketplace Templates:
- Refundable within 7 days of purchase
- Custom Templates:
- Non-refundable once the template has been delivered and implemented.
- Render Credits: Non-refundable once purchased.
9. Service Availability and Maintenance
- We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
- Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
- Brandify is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
- Brandify and its licensors own all intellectual property rights to the service and software.
- Templates provided by Brandify remain the property of Brandify unless specified otherwise.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without explicit permission.
11. Custom Templates
- Custom templates created for clients are licensed exclusively to the client.
- Brandify retains the right to the underlying technology and methods used to create custom templates.
- Development timeframes for custom templates vary based on complexity.
12. Data Privacy
- We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You retain ownership of the data you provide to our service.
- We may use anonymized data for service improvement purposes.
13. Limitation of Liability
- Brandify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind.
14. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
- Upon termination, you lose access to the service and any unused credits.
- Sections regarding ownership, liability, and governing law survive termination.
15. Changes to Terms
- Brandify reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
- Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bahrain. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in accordance with Bahrain law.

Taking the time to test templates before actual use gives you a clear picture of how well they'll meet your needs. This step is crucial for getting perfect results when using Brandify services for image and PDF file production. The good news? Testing doesn't take long - just a few minutes if you understand how the system works!
How to Test Different Fields?
17.1 Text Fields
Test each text field three times this way:
- First try: Enter text with your usual average length
- Second try: Enter the maximum number of words you might need
- Third try: Try the minimum text length you'd use

This gives you a proper look at how your final output will appear in different scenarios - no surprises when it really matters!
17.2 Number Fields
Test number fields three times:
- First try: Enter the maximum digits you might need.
- Second try: Enter the minimum required digits.
- Third try: Enter an average number.
Why?
To ensure the template displays numbers correctly regardless of their length.
17.3 Image Fields
Make sure to test uploading images in different ways:
- First: Upload an image with dimensions that match the template’s requirements.
- Second: Try an image with different dimensions (like a portrait image in a landscape field).
- Third: Repeat with several images to verify the results.
Pro tip:
- Some templates automatically center images.
- Some use "smart image" technology to choose the best angle.
These features improve appearance but might not work perfectly with all images.
17.4 Date Fields
Make sure to enter dates in the correct format specified in the form for best results.
7.5 Dynamic Inputs
- These fields change and adapt based on your needs. Test them like this:
- Minimum test: Enter the smallest number possible (e.g., one program).
- Maximum test: Enter the largest expected number (e.g., 5 programs).
